Parcel Shipping and Collection with InPost
We ship parcels to mainland Portugal (except Madeira e Açores) in partnership with InPost. With an extensive network of Pick-Up Points, we guarantee a practical, cost-effective, and convenient delivery close to you!
How Shipping and Collection at Pick-Up Points Works
- Checkout: After completing your purchase on our website, just provide the address for shipping.
- Shipment Processing: We will send your parcel's details to InPost for processing.
- Confirmation Email with Collection Details: When shipping is complete, you will receive an email from InPost with the nearest Pick-Up Point where you can collect your parcel when it arrives.
- Parcel Collection: The parcel will be available for collection at the Pick-Up Point for 8 days. After this period, if it is not collected, it will be returned to the sender.

What is the delivery time for parcels?
In mainland Portugal, parcels are delivered on average within 3 business days. For international shipments, delivery times vary from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

RETURNS
If, for any reason, the customer or the person who received the order is not satisfied, they have the right to return or exchange it within 15 days after the delivery date.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is returned to us within 15 days after the delivery date;
- The item shows no signs of use, including no makeup stains;
- The order must be in perfect condition, with all tags included.
As soon as the item reaches us, we will proceed with its inspection.
If the item is lost during the return shipment, we are not responsible for reimbursing the item’s value. To avoid issues, choose a shipping company with tracking and tracing services available.
Beach&Waves is not responsible for shipping costs in case of return or exchange. For more information, contact info@shopbeachandwaves.com.
The item will not be refunded or exchanged in the following cases:
- Improper use
- Interference by the buyer or a third party
- Signs of use or wear caused by the buyer or third parties.
If everything is in good condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of receipt.
Taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.
ATTENTION:
We will deduct the shipping and tax fees from your refund if:
- The order is refused by the customer upon delivery.
- Delivery is not made due to lack of receipt or collection by the customer.
The refund will be issued using the same method as the payment, and cash refunds will not be provided.
